Active Living Ideas in the Library

  • Forever…in motion helps older adults become physically active in their community through volunteer, peer or staff led physical activity groups. The initiative was developed by the Saskatchewan Health Authority (formerly the Saskatoon Health Region), and is delivered in communities across the province by the Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation Association.
