Special Olympics Saskatchewan is dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities through sport. Our community programs offer both recreational and competitive opportunities for athletes across the province of Saskatchewan. Through Special Olympics programs and events, athletes can improve their overall health and well being while learning new skills, gaining confidence, and making new friends. In addition to practices and competitions athletes can also be part of different health and leadership programs. Our vision is to continue to improve and expand the quality, opportunity and accessibility of sport throughout the province. Whether it’s youth programs like Active Start & FUNdamentals, official sports like bowling or powerlifting, or more casual opportunities like fitness classes or walking groups, there is something for every interest and ability.
