This workshop introduces participants to the fundamentals of fundraising for non-profit organizations, community groups, clubs, and community initiatives. Participants will explore a variety of fundraising methods, including donor cultivation, sponsorship development, fundraising campaigns, special events, and community engagement strategies. The workshop emphasizes relationship-building, effective communication, and sustainable approaches to generating support for projects and organizations. Through discussion and practical exercises, participants will gain tools and strategies they can immediately apply to their own fundraising efforts.

About the Presenter:
Coralie has been in the non-profit recreation and funding field for over 20 years. Her years of experience in recreation and municipal fields have afforded her hands-on knowledge combined with lived experience. She has experience in adjudicating and delivering funding and has a successful track record of being a funded applicant.
