In celebration of National Coaches Week, South East District would like to take this opportunity to say “thank you” to coaches in communities across the south east! Coaches are a valuable contributor to communities, and it is important to recognize them for the valuable time they devote to ensuring Canadians live an active, healthy lifestyle. This week is an opportunity to recognize coaches for the integral role they play by simply saying #ThanksCoach. Farewell Aline!

As the summer winds down, it’s time to say farewell to our summer student, Aline Galarneau, Community Development Assistant! We have had such a wonderful summer with her in our office, and we appreciate all of the hard work that she has contributed.

Aline spent much of her time overseeing our Physical Literacy in the Library Project, created a Programming Toolkit resource, and assisted in some video creation and Saskatchewan Games Program items. Good luck Aline with the rest of your schooling! We will miss you!

Animate Your Community for Culture Days!

Want to host a Culture Days activity between September 27-29, 2019 but have never done one before and aren’t sure where to start? Apply for up to $1000 in assistance.
