Communities in Bloom is more than just flowers, but what exactly is it? Join the Districts and SPRA's Parks and Open Spaces Consultant Andrew Exelby, as he shares what the program is, how to get involved and what it can do for your community.
We will also be hearing from three participating Saskatchewan towns and cities, and learning how the program has set roots and blossomed in their communities.
